Dr. Jennifer Patel received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and was an Allergy and Immunology Fellow as well as an Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, so she knows our state and the allergy issues Tennessee residents face first hand. Dr. Patel was a varsity soccer player at LSU while receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology.
Dr. Patel is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (Board Certified) and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is an active member of the AAAAI and ACAAI.
Dr. Patel has vast experience treating allergy and asthma with both pediatric and adult patients. She also has a special interest in the treatment of food allergies which affect 4% – 6% of children and 4% of adults nationally.
When she isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her four children and husband.
